AeroCore Technologies, a minority owned small business, is the inventor of Nucleated Foam Technology, which safely restores all engine surfaces to entitlement. Our technology maximizes aircraft engine performance restoration and improves Total Engine Health throughout the life of the engine. AeroCore’s foam technology and engine restoration process has full FAA acceptance across all engine platforms, uses significantly less detergent and water than traditional wash processes, and meets all recycling guidelines. AeroCore’s on-wing engine cleaning/restoration takes approximately one hour per engine and has proven to yield an unmatched performance recovery across all engine types: decreasing engine operating temperatures, consistently improving fuel burn, improving visual inspection for maintainers, and increasing engine margin availability throughout the life of an engine. IMPACT: AeroCore’s foam engine cleaning/restoration technology is extremely effective at removing more overall containments than all other engine wash-down techniques.
