Often the Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) tool and META plan facilitation and visualization techniques are used. * Run training courses on Project Cycle Management and the application of Logical Framework Analysis in all the phases of the project cycle, like in particular Monitoring & Evaluation concepts and techniques. * Assess the quality of proposals and offers advice on possible improvements. * Assist organizations to introduce quality systems in the different phases of the project cycle.
