Our mission is to support organizations committed to RACIAL JUSTICE as they advance their work with black and other communities of color. We accomplish this by providing equity and justice-oriented organizational and leadership development; training and workshops; participatory research, assessment and evaluation; and program design and implementation support services in local and global contexts. We believe that solutions and strategies reside within people rather than in external pre-packaged programs. We believe that people can solve their own problems with support. We believe that thoughtful critique, process-oriented frameworks, and supports facilitate change within individuals, organizations and communities.
