Founded in 2020, Diversify The Stage is a network of music industry leaders and community engagement organizations working together to build a culture of accountability and greater access to equitable opportunities for historically excluded communities in concerts, events, and touring industries. We seek the inclusion of BIPOC, LQBTQIA+, Female-Identifying, Gender Nonconforming Individuals and Disabled Persons across all of our stages. Diversify The Stage hosts an annual college-age program for women and youth of color offering an 8 week masterclass series, followed by mentorship and apprenticeship placement hosted by DTS Industry Partners. Since the launch of DTS the organization has gained the support and partnership of global touring entities Live Nation and Live Nation Urban, C3, agencies WME, UTA, CAA and ICM as well as production and staging suppliers, Clair Global, TAIT, and PRG. Diversify The Stage not only works to educate new talent in this sector of the music industry, DTS also provides resources to find qualified staff and is bringing the industry together like never before.
