EWOB is the European umbrella association for gender equality at decision-making level. We are a non-profit Brussels-based consortium of national organizations who aim to improve gender balance on corporate boards across Europe. To accomplish this mission, we 1) join forces with national women associations and EU institutions 2) strengthen the leadership curriculum and cross border networks of senior businesswomen from all European regions 3) conduct unique primary research, measuring gender diversity at decision-making level in Europe and thereby assessing cultural differences.
