Headquartered at the Mobile Aeroplex, Star neighbors many other aerospace industry companies such as Airbus Engineering NA, VT MAE, Airbus 320 FAL, SAFRAN Group,and AeroStar MRO In 2003, Star extended its footprint by opening an office in Lynwood, WA. This office is designated to provide Technical services support to Boeing and now serves in addition as our West coast engineering office. Focus Star Aviation specializes in post-delivery modification of commercial and general aviation aircraft and obtaining Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) approvals. Typical programs include avionic upgrades, structural & electrical modifications, in-flight entertainment & connectivity (IFEC) integration, large crown mounted antenna and radome interfaces, custom equipment racks, interior reconfigurations, and system integration.
