OMEGA IT-Consulting (www.omegait.ch) has been very successfully supporting large and medium-sized companies in highly complex, international programs and projects since 1997. We are a small Swiss consulting company with a big impact. Our customer projects include the strategic adjustment of organizational structures (org design), the optimization of services, business and IT processes and their technical implementation in IT systems, but also specific topics such as transitions, agility, service catalog or outsourcing are covered. We take on responsibility for project management, PMO, change management, the development of concepts, transition and deployment.
