VHO is a not-for-profit corporation, not affiliated with any insurance carrier, providing services and advise to clients regarding health insurance. VHO seeks to expand access to healthcare among low-income individuals, individuals with special medical needs, and other underserved populations who have experienced barriers to obtaining, understanding and effectively using health insurance and health services. VHO services are provided free of charge to participating clients.
