IMT Services stands for Individualised Mandatory Training Services. With trainers from a range of business sectors including healthcare and education IMT Services prides itself on providing the highest standard of training in line with national policies and guidelines and current best practice. An IMT Services programme provides dedicated trainers who will take the time to get to know your company and staff. The trainers are qualified to facilitate the entire programme which allows for all courses to be taught in a timely fashion. All training will take place on-site where possible. If your premises are not suitable to host the training on-site, a venue convenient to your company will be sourced. In addition, we offer company/centre specific training which will incorporate your company’s own policies and procedures relating to the various training courses. Where required, the trainer will study all relevant policies and procedures and tailor each training course to incorporate them. We can also develop a training matrix for staff and in doing so will generate an annual mandatory training plan.
