Vedel Nørgaard Consulting (VNC) has a strong competence within Programme- and Project management with special focus on business analysis; workflow, business handover procedures, estimation and implementing of IT related projects. VNC has lots of experience from both private companies and the government sector, where we are familiar to act in the political organization. We are specialist in selection of vendors, and their control, in an international project atmosphere. VNC has accomplish many small and big projects by our customers – selected references are e.g. Nordea, DONG, Microsoft EMEA, Microsoft Denmark, Road Directorate, Nets, Vestforbrænding and Board of Arbitration for construction, KMD etc. We either have the role as the advisor or responsible for the delivery as a vendor.
