WHAT WE DO: IST provides innovative staffing and consulting solutions that help our clients achieve their business objectives. • Contract - IST will provide consultants to work at our client’s facilities to provide critical skills necessary to complete projects or maintain operations. At the end of the assignment, IST is responsible for all off-boarding. • Contract-to-Hire: This option allows the client who has an interest in hiring quality talent to observe the performance of the consultant for a period prior to making the hire decision. The consultant is an employee of IST up to the point of transition to direct employment status with the client. • Direct Hire: This option is effective to find the active or passive candidates best qualified for the customer’s need.
