Our vision in creating Coherence Advisors was to bring the structure, rigor, and continual improvement cultures benefiting larger organizations to IT organizations of all sizes, small to large, but primarily in mid-tier organizations where leverage of these innovations can provide the greatest “bang for the buck”. Our practice expertise revolves around our five core areas of study and experience: IT Governance, IT Risk Management, Compliance, IT Service Management, and Lean-Six Sigma Process Improvement. Successfully developing, implementing, or remediating programs based upon these key focus areas often requires applying a creative mix of process discipline with real-world pragmatism in order to achieve successful, measurable results. We focus on establishing a culture of causality and improving key IT management and operational processes used by our clients, then we focus on automating those effective processes. We do not overly rely on software tool implementations for immature organizations, which can often mask poor manual processes and add unnecessary complexity.
