Besides individual change, our desire is that our ethnically diverse nation will be integrated through healthy relationships and the national identity would be forged through interdependence. We hope to achieve this through our annual Future Leaders Conference event connecting young people, breaking stereotypes and providing mentor-ship. Through the conference we connect youth from around the country, equip them with peace building and leadership skills and inspire them start community development projects and initiate peace clubs in their schools, universities and communities. Following the conference, we desire that the participating youth carry on with the vision of creating peaceful societies and will have a platform to share the lessons learnt with their respective communities both in school and at home. The participants receive a guidebook looking into various aspects of conflict transformation, personal leadership development and strategic planning to help them grow and inspire similar conversations at Peace clubs they initiate. The youth are also required to engage in a community service project as part of being active citizens which is assessed for purposes of mentor-ship and leadership development.
