We do not take margins on the building process nor do we provide any other services such as design or operational management. We therefore remain objective throughout the project lifecycle. We have expertise in delivering comprehensive feasibility studies for our clients and understand the need for developments to align with key business drivers. Our job is to: Ensure that the needs and wishes of our clients are fully represented in the design and implementation of projects Ensure that projects are developed within our client’s budget expectations and are delivered on time Ensure that projects are fit for purpose and strategically aligned Ensure that all stakeholders are recognised and consulted throughout the design process and implementation and construction phases Ensure that projects obtain all the necessary consents and meet all the relevant legislation Ensure that all post-contract documentation is provided and accurate
