We specialise in e-commerce businesses and we have connections to many of the largest e-commerce acquirers in the world. As a consultancy, we have a different operating model to traditional business brokers, providing our clients with the highest level of service while maintaining a commission structure that is the lowest in the industry. We only work with a few clients at a time, and for this reason we focus on larger businesses (>£2m or $2m). We also work with SAAS, technology and other “online” businesses such as content businesses, as long as they meet our size criteria. Based in the UK, we have clients all over the world.
