Center for Pain Management was founded in 1993 to exclusively focus on treatment of chronic pain and acute pain commonly caused by injuries, accidents, failed back surgeries, fibromyalgia, and pain associated with cancer, among other conditions. The medical pain care clinic offers comprehensive diagnostic services, radiology/ MRI services, surgical procedures for pain and multi-disciplinary pain management and treatments options. This includes interventional procedures (such as steroid injections, nerve blocks and spinal cord implants), infusion therapy, physical therapy, psychological services and pain medication management. The medical practices features onsite board-certified physicians, physical therapists and psychologists - all are experienced pain specialists. Center for Pain Management has medical offices and surgery centers in Indianapolis, Greenwood and Lafayette, Indiana. All locations welcome new patients, have available appointments and accept most insurances.
