The three partners are Alex Karadjov, P.Eng., Rob Walker MCIP RPP, and Rod Alderson, P.Eng. Our niche is commercial site development. KWA partners have 50 years of combined experience servicing clients including Walmart, Sam’s Club, First Pro Shopping Centres/SmartCentres, Loblaws Properties, Choice Properties and Lowe’s Home Improvement. Brendan Hickey, Site Plan Manager, specializes in site plan design and due diligence investigations. Brendan has been involved in over 250 commercial developments and investigations from coast-to-coast in both design and project management capacities. Carlo Del Buono, P. Eng., LEED AP is a project manager and designer with experience in low to high rise residential developments and commercial developments across Canada. He has completed numerous functional servicing reports for high-rise developments and specializes in providing servicing solutions to support intensification developments in the GTA. Bailie Paplinskie, P.Eng., is a project manager and designer specializing in contract administration, project management, and detailed design of site development projects across the country. Bailie takes pride in ensuring field construction is carried out to meet client, municipal and provincial standards. Ben Jackson, P. Eng., is a project manager and designer with experience in a variety of land development projects. He is involved in feasibility studies, detailed grading and servicing design, and functional servicing and stormwater management reports. David Hoover, P. Eng., is a project manager and designer with a focus in stormwater management and low impact development. His experience includes preparation of stormwater management reports, design and construction of open channel watercourses, and creek/ river channelization.
