Drawing on over 30 years’ experience in consulting and corporate roles, Strom Compensation Consulting offers end-to-end Compensation solutions - from strategy to design to implementation to management and communications. Strom Compensation Consulting works with clients to: • Design, develop, implement and communicate Compensation systems and programs that are internally equitable, externally competitive and take into consideration practicality and affordability; • Select/design and implement new Job Evaluation systems, or update/refresh existing Job Evaluation systems, that meet regulatory requirements and that add value to the organization by providing an objective and sound basis for establishing job hierarchies and grading structures; • Achieve and maintain compliance with Pay Equity legislation in Ontario and Quebec; and • Design, develop and implement Performance Management systems that effectively link to Compensation programs such as merit and variable pay plans.
