Our Story UBSS was founded in 2022 by Dr. Balaji Ramakrishnan as a management consulting firm delivering supply chain solutions to our clients across industries. Dr. Ramakrishnan brings over twenty years of experience in strategic sourcing, procure to pay, materials and inventory management and accounts payable. Dr Ramakrishnan is experienced in sourcing of direct and indirect materials and has worked in Automotive/Agricultural Equipment Manufacturing, Oil and Gas and as a management consultant during his career.
