In Colombia the Dutch Water Authorities (DWA) works within 5 clusters to improve water quality and water quantity through water management. The focus is on 5 themes: application of the monitoring and knowledge cycle to enhance decision-making, workable and enforceable permit systems, improvement of wastewater treatment, preparedness for crisis situations and alignment of policy and plans.
