Companion’s founder and artists share a common goal to use their work to raise awareness of critical issues, challenge perceptions, and create positive social, environmental and industry change. Companion’s main roster operates on a profit sharing business model, whereby our roster are encouraged to celebrate the achievements of Companion as a collective, using our network to share skills, benefit from a mutually supportive community, and re-invest in their own professional or personal development. Our small, curated roster is designed to remain boutique in size. Companion’s secondary consultancy arm provides accessible creative development, expertise, and end-to-end project management support, for photographers at a range of different career stages and disciplines.
