Transport Construction Authority (TCA) was formerly Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation (TIDC). The establishment of TCA is part of the NSW Government’s commitment to streamline the delivery of transport initiatives across NSW, as outlined in the Metropolitan Transport Plan. TCA is part of Transport NSW and is currently responsible for delivering the South West Rail Link, Rail Clearways Program, Commuter Car Park Program, Northern Sydney Freight Corridor Program and Auburn Stabling Project.
