Boutique Hospitality Management
www.boutique-hospitality.comBoutique Hospitality Management was conceived by Keith Space in 1997 just after having worked alongside Ian Schrager at Ian Schrager Hotels. Space has taken a unique approach in hospitality and formed a company focused on managing boutique hotels and resorts as a full service unique hotel management company. Diverse projects in the portfolio range from the Angler's Boutique Resort in Miami Beach to the Artmore Hotel in Atlanta or the Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Ft. Lauderdale. Two Hotels on the Caribbean island of Dominica were served by BHM as well. Projects sought by BHM are those that have undervalued or underperforming assets that require repositioning in the marketplace. These properties need to create a contemporary boutique hotel and distinguish it from existing competitors. This facilitation enables owners to reach maximum fiscal goals. The BHM team has managed a number of other hotels and consulted on a great many more. Their work involves both boutique and traditional hotels and they have had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of distinguished developers, lenders, architects, designers, brokers, banks and hospitality professionals. BHM is recognized as one of the top boutique hotel management companies. They advise on both development aspects and operation matters, thus helping companies achieve both short-term and long-term goals. There are several other projects which will soon enjoy the benefits of Boutique Hospitality Managements efforts.
