The Harris County Department of Education's Teaching and Learning Center provides professional development and instructional support to administrators, teachers, support personnel, students, parents and the community. We work with schools and school districts to design and implement teacher professional development that meets specific needs of the community in the following area: Math, Science, Bilingual, ESL, English Language Arts, Social Studies, Special Education, Dyslexia, Leadership Series, Restorative Practice, Digital Learning, Career Technology Education, and much more.
