Walking on the Glass Floor is a resource for women leaders at every stage of their careers. While we started out with a mission to "Help One Woman A Day", we knew we wanted to do more. Walking on the Glass Floor will support women to achieve and break through all their leadership goals. We work with veteran leaders, emerging leaders and men that champion women through training, coaching and moving that culture meter to make it more inviting and inclusive.
