I don’t have a fancy website, a you tube channel, or a cool vehicle with a wrap to promote my passion (yet:) ….What I do have is a passion for living and a passion for helping people….and a few ideas that give me that butterflies warm fuzzy feeling in my tummy because I know I am helping others. I am just a normal girl trying to find balance between living in fear and obsessing about everything I put in and on my body, everything I inhale, and finding peace and joy in the realization that I can’t control everything.
