Our current underwriters are Stewart Title and Guaranty Company, First American Title Company, The Fund/Old Republic National Title. We cover all types of real estate transactions including REO, Residential, Commercial and 1031 Exchanges. We have a division of in-house title examiners and our Title Operations Manager was a plant manager/underwriter for a major underwriter on a national level. Superior customer service is our top priority. We are able to service the entire state for any transaction. We do not use mobile notaries to conduct our closings. We prefer our closings to be handled in a professional setting, so we contract with other licensed title agents throughout the state and all of our closings are handled in an office setting which meets CFPB standards. We answer the phone promptly when anyone calls in, we provide upfront information detailing how the transaction will occur, creating smooth and timely closings for everyone involved.
