Tennessee Women in Green (TWIG) empowers, inspires and connects women who are committed to environmental sustainability. TWIG continues to stand by our marginalized and Black communities, to listen, to learn, and to take action toward environmental racial, and social justice. We believe this is all part of a future system of sustainability and equality. TWIG is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in 2008 that meets monthly on the first Friday of the month. TWIG provides the opportunity to network with other sustainability-minded women and learn about sustainable businesses, organizations, and initiatives in the Nashville community through monthly programs, scholarships, and other events.
