Charred American Bar + Grill is a neighborhood restaurant & bar focusing on great food & beverage, entertainment, atmosphere and outstanding service. Since we opened we planned to pride ourselves on being an important part of Main Street and the community. We serve a full lunch, dinner and late night menu seven days a week. The menu is a traditional American fare featuring standby classics, as well as more innovative dishes. We offer a broad beer and wine selection, showcasing local microbreweries and wineries from New York State, as well as a creative cocktail menu. Entertainment is a draw with trivia night, karaoke and other events which are in full swing for our late night crowds. For those in search of the big game, we carry every sporting package a guest could wish for. We are also a great venue to host any special event such as: birthday parties, company luncheons, going away parties, and many more. Charred is one of the premier eating and drinking establishments for Mount Morris and surrounding areas. The restaurant is managed and owned by Thomas Provo. Thomas graduated in 2010 and holds a Food and Beverage Management Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
