Willy’s was founded in 1995 as a result of Willy Bitter’s passion for great Mexican food. He learned about California-style burritos when he lived in San Francisco and frequented the taquerias in the city’s Mission District. Willy then moved east bringing with him the knowledge and taste he acquired on authentic Mexican dishes and...Willy’s Mexicana Grill in Atlanta was born. Willy is still involved in the day-to-day operations of his restaurants along with a great management team. Willy’s success is built on a concept of simplicity, freshness and most of all, a quality that is second to none. Today, the company has 31 locations throughout metro Atlanta Athens, Peachtree City, Columbus and Cartersville.
