Bonell Manufacturing Company is a full service machining facility with 80,000 square feet under one roof. Located at 13521 S Halsted Street in Riverdale, Illinois, United States. We specialize in the manufacture and repair of process rolls for the steel, aluminum, flooring, paper, and food industries. Through hardened iron rolls to 48.0" diameter. Internal processes include turning, grinding, heat treating, submerged arc welding, dynamic balancing, and full engineering services. Aside from rolls we also can handle any shaft requirements you may have with certified material on hand up to 16.0" in diameter. We can also provide quality cable drums either flame hardened or deep case carburized that will outlast any other drum manufactured.
