Jababeka was established in 1989 and was the first industrial estate developer to be listed on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchange when it went public in 1994. Our flagship development is the 5,600 hectare fully integrated township Kota Jababeka in Cikarang, with an estimated population of over 1 million people. Our strategy is to develop a business with which we create critical mass and from which we expand and develop further businesses.
