OptiNeeds is an 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free prescription athletic eyewear to the special needs community. These products include prescription swimming and sports goggles. The goal of the organization is to improve the safety of anyone with special needs that is participating in athletics and to increase the education and resources available for this community surrounding eye-care. OptiNeeds has received support from large foundations as well as from grassroots efforts in the community. We, at OptiNeeds, believe that anyone in the special needs community deserve to have access to prescription eyewear, regardless of financial capability. OptiNeeds was founded and is lead by people who are invested in and passionate about the special needs community, and whose goal is only to improve the lives of those individuals.
