United Mechanical Group is a Central Illinois leader in the mechanical/plumbing plan-build industry. We utilize a team of experienced in-house planners and installers to provide our clients with a single turn-key point of contact for budgeting, planning, installing, and warranty items. United Mechanical has extensive experience in both plan-build and competitive bid projects. United Mechanical Group was created in 2017 to fill a void in the mechanical-build arena. With the development boom in Champaign-Urbana’s private apartment, office, and retail construction, developers were looking for a team of professionals that could work cohesively from planning to building occupancy. One will notice the use of the term “Group” in our Company name. We do not consider ourselves strictly a contractor but rather a group that works together to provide seamless mechanical and plumbing designs for construction. Our goal is to provide an accelerated project schedule without sacrificing budget and quality.
