Clara C’ is the Premium Prosecco brand founded by Clara Carpenè, offering an exclusive collection of sparklers produced in our winery in the heart of Valdobbiadene: ◻️ Prosecco Superiore DOCG ◻️ Superiore di Cartizze ◻️ Prosecco DOC ◻️ Prosecco Millesimato It is an all women company, created in 2005 by Clara Carpenè, who followed the footsteps of her father Antonio Carpenè Jr, the inventor of a new sparkling wine process known as Metodo Carpenè. Clara C’ is currently directed by Marta Pasquon, who worked side by side with Clara Carpenè since the foundation of the winery. Clara C’ is a constantly growing company, with an extensive distribution network in Italy and abroad. It has a presence in 15 countries, primarily in the US, with Horeca and retail point of sales. ◻️ Clara C’ Valdobbiadene This collection is dedicated to Prosecco Superiore DOCG labels, exclusively produced in the 15 municipalities over the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene (Treviso). It also includes two Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze labels. ◻️ Fiori di Prosecco The Prosecco DOC labels, produced with Glera grapes harvested in the area of production stretching between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. ◻️ Fiori di Prosecco Millesimato The Fiori di Prosecco wines created from the research and selection of grapes of a single vintage. ◻️ Clara C’ Selection The special selection of Clara C’ sparklers including our Blanc de Blancs Extra Dry and Fiori Rosé di Pinot Brut.
