They are designed to bring balance back to their lives, unlocking and releasing the emotional stresses and pain points that inhibit young adults from discovering their true potential. One Ten is supported by carefully selected studios and specially trained instructors to deliver safe and supportive personal development. Participants receive the benefits of a diversity of exercises both indoors and outdoors such as yoga, spinning, running, hiking, bouldering and HIIT (high intensity interval training).
