FOSC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2013. All FOSC Board members are volunteers. FOSC strives to enhance the lives of children in foster care by providing financial support for specific needs identified by CASAs, which cannot be met by available State funds. Our efforts, assist in delivering “normalcy” to the children we serve. Many of our children have shared that the FOSC resources have made a positive and impactful change in their future.
