Hawkeye Hospitality is an established and growing restaurant group based in Boston, founded in 2011 by Saratoga, NY native Dylan Welsh. Our goal is to bring the exceptional standard of hospitality found in Saratoga to the greater Boston area. We currently operate Worden Hall on Broadway in South Boston, Five Horses Tavern in Somerville’s Davis Square and Boston’s historic South End, Elm Street Taproom in Davis Square and The Garrison House in Brookline Village. As an expanding company, we strive to create a positive atmosphere that produces a superior level of service and quality at all times. We operate our restaurants with the highest standards and value the unique individuals who best represent our principles and philosophies.
