The Topsail Island Association of REALTORS® , INC (hereinafter referred to as TIAR) officially began on January 1, 1992. From it's inception, TIAR has stayed true to the goal of furthering the best interest of those engaged in Real Estate and the need to protect real property rights of the public. TIAR's Mission: The purpose of the Topsail Island Association of REALTORS® is to serve its membership in developing and promoting programs and services that will enhance the members' freedom and ability to conduct their individual businesses successfully with integrity and competency, and through collective action, to promote the preservation of real property rights.
