We most likely don’t know what truly makes us happy! Here’s a not so fun fact: When we don’t know what makes us happy, anything makes us happy! We are living in the most connected, ‘social’ world, yet we seem to be the most disconnected lot. We need to break away from stupid, social stereotypes and the overwhelming need to conform and ‘appear perfect’! There is no correct answer to what makes us happy! ‘Take a path that feels right for me’ is what we need to do. The 'journey' is what makes us happy. We then got thinking,…if sadness, hatred, being fake, loneliness, ‘insta perfection’ can be contagious, then we surely can create a space where happiness, kindness, ‘being you’, raw, ‘anything but perfect’ is celebrated! myhoogah was born!
