I’ve been a globetrotter since early childhood. Making my first steps in Sydney, Australia, playing my first notes on the violin 6 years later in Vienna, Austria. Perfecting and mastering my violin skills I graduated at the Prague Academy of Arts with the highest honours. At the age of 16 I had my big solo debut with the orchestra playing my beloved Mendelssohn Violin Concerto. I've recorded and issued 4 CDs till now – this is my 5th Album . Once asked by a concert organizer to "tell something about the music to be played", went rather well, I created my own violin concert show - playing, telling music stories and jokes ! My violin repertory includes classic violin concertos, sonatas, virtuoso pieces as well as music from different styles and genres: jazz, Latino, folk. I have great fun arranging popular songs for the classic violin ! My experience as a performing artist and lecturing music workshops have made me realize that the principles of creating a work of art and the approach of a top level artist can be applied to our everyday personal and business environment. As a result I created a new discipline "Music and Leadership" designed for business leaders using music as a metaphor for solving key business issues: leadership, teamwork, personal development, cultural diversity. In 2001 I received the European Union of Arts Gustav Mahler Award for outstanding achievement. Bibi
