With over ten years experience in the Sports Industry, Lisa Wilkinson offers Sports Massage, Hot Stones Therapy, Injury Rehabilitation and Personal Training to individuals in Reading, Newbury, Tadley and throughout the Berkshire and North Hampshire area. Lisa set up her own practise in 2005 and has helped a number of clients with sports related injuries and also clients with bad backs. She now has a growing clientele because of many personal recommendations. A regular runner herself having completed 11 marathons, including London, New York and Berlin and numerous half marathons, Lisa understands the needs and requirements of tired muscles!
