Since 2007, we continue to provide innovative solutions in the arenas of health care, wellness, fitness and human performance through technology, coaching, design, consultation and education. In 2016, IoM joined forces with Sport Singapore for research and development of the concept and framework that would become Active Health. As partners, SportSG and IoM share a commitment to growing the marketplace for Wellness in the Workplace and advocating for a focus on well-being as a driver for growth in society. In addition to our work in Prevention Health, IoM also drives solutions in Human Performance for 3 Areas: 1- Athletic Performance Development. Here, IoM has engineered high performance models and design with elite athletes across a large spectrum of sport, including NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB athletes. 2- Lifestyle Performance. IoM has designed frameworks around High Performance Living. These include coaching and programs which unlock human potential. 3- Organizational Performance. We coach organizations to rethink and redesign a Well Workplace. We call this Wellcology™. Wellcology™ has helped many organizations become more productive and have better health and business outcomes as a result. IoM consults with many of the top health and wellness companies in the world, providing them with science and strategy for client care.
