PLA run a clinical negligence scheme, where our panel of law firms take on fully vetted clinical negligence cases. Usually, CMCs provide online vetted cases only which the CMC contacts and then ‘hot keys’ through to their panel firms. The feedback we received from our panel firms was too much time was being spent speaking to a large number of leads that filtered down to only accepting a small number of cases. It also required a solicitor and or trained first response team to be available to take calls at any time. PLA fully vet our cases using trained medical experts before sending to our panel firms, therefore taking on a large amount of the upfront work for our panel firms, without the need for our panel firms to provide first response team and spent time filtering down leads that have only been vetted online. PLA also provide additional services to a variety of different law firms, ranging from RTA / Personal injury, clinical negligence, financial claims, and housing disrepair departments. We have a network of agents across the UK who are fully trained in collecting and completing documents and utilising our bespoke online appointment booking and case management system our customers can get real time transparent updates on their instructions.
