Halcyon Health is a technology and services platform assisting patients with substance use through the full continuum of care. Less than 4 of 23M people with Substance Use Disorder receive any care at all and only a fraction of those receive evidence-based care despite the fact that coordinated care, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), peer recovery coaching and social determinants all proven to correlate to better outcomes.
