Our main objective is to evaluate the quality of service (QoS) and to enhance in E-Banking and payment infrastructures. Our developed software solutions, evaluate the quality of service on each Transaction Nodes i.e. Terminals, E-Payment Switch, Channel Manager and Core Banking. Pulseware Co. aims to enhance the Perceived Availability from the viewpoint of E-Banking and Users to 1 error per 160 transactions. By Now this indicator is 1 error per 40 transactions in Iranian E-Banking Network. Furthermore, Pulseware offers Regular Service Quality Measurement and Advisory services to its customers in order to identify the bottlenecks plus training and educational plans for banks and financial institutes. Pulseware solutions can be utilized in assessment of other IT Service Based Industries e.g. Stock Market, Insurance, Medical and HealthCare, and E-Government as well. We use these data analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for measuring and assessment of systems. In our research team, we work with Big Data which captured from electronic banking switches of largest banks of Iran with more than 40 fields in databases and use a wide range of signal processing techniques for prediction, pattern recognition and etc. Our tools indicate some vital indices such as witches and cores availability, maturity level, error percent, robustness, max tps and etc. We use our applications in different aspects of banking transactions for example we are analyzing banks ATM, POS, Switches and Core systems or any type of financial activities related to the E-Banking.
