What a journey! Colm O'Brien Motivation is evolving ever since I penned Feeding Johnny - How to Build a Business Despite the Road Blocks, which was published and went to #5 on the paperback best seller non-fiction list in early 2015. One year later, in March 2016, we held our first event entitled "Create the Life You Really Want" aimed at waking people up from accepting the hand that life had dealt them and empowering them to at least recognize that they are authors of their own life stories and as such could determine any direction they chose from here on. The feedback was tremendous. Lives, including my own, were impacted positively. In May same year we brought a group to Thomond Park for a Business-focused event entitled "Take Off" - conceived by yours truly as a result of my seeing hundreds of small businesses bumping along the runway towards some far off undefined point known as success, often doing so for years, burning energy, making a lot of noise, never quite reaching that critical speed required to have it soar into the wild blue yonder. This pains me. What came from all of that is what has truly amazed me. I now find myself happily working with several SME Business Owners.
