The Design Build Excellence Cross Training Program is a collection of efforts that provide training materials and resources to young professionals within and outside of Turner across various disciplines of the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. The program was initiated in October 2015 and aims to raise professional awareness and knowledge, promote interdisciplinary networking, and create meaningful professional relationships for Turner employees and other industry professionals.
