Almost 30 years ago, Koos Verwey arrived on the banks of the Cunene River. The rush of the falls, the rustle of the wind in the Maklani Palms, and the ancient Himba watching from nearby – it all called home. And so he stayed. It hasn’t always been easy. Times changed.
