After 23 years working in London running sales teams from small businesses to The Guardian newspaper Group to FTSE 100 businesses, I wanted to raise the standards of sales. So I wrote Everybody Works in Sales which was in the Amazon Top 100 on 21 occasions. Then I set up my sales coaching and training company to keep businesses accountable to help them achieve results.
